Lauri Grisales is a Colombian-born private yoga teacher living in New York City. She studied and was certified in Ashtanga yoga in Goa, India and Yoga Therapy in Prema – Pure Yoga in New York. She is also a marathoner and is training for her first half-ironman. She loves helping and inspiring people to trust themselves, connected with their inner-self, and increase their strength as well as their physical and mental flexibility through the practice of yoga. Her mission is to share this with as many people as she can.

That is why I am sure that we are the ones who choose how dramatic, long and interesting our process of healing is and when we let it go all those things who do not let us get ahead, that make us sick, and that make us feel pain.
