From Alcoholic to Ultra Marathoner
I do not want to emphasize the importance of yoga, however as a runner I realize the vital importance of this practice to prevent injuries, work the mind and body through the asanas, breathing and meditation. Some of the most relevant aspects to train as long distance runners.
The purspose of life is to live a life with a purpose. You must always add passion to what you do, passion is the most important thing to achieve what you want or what you want to be.
I invite you to get to know me better, because it looks like we might have some things in common. You will know some things about me like my fear of going to the restroom alone to the fact that I changed my name when I was 6 years old.
We all have something to share, a story to tell. Today's video was dedicated to Tom McGrath "The Black Sheep" a successful businessman from Irland who owns a bar in Manhattan. He went from being an alcoholic to an ultra marathoner. He also ran in a record time of 53 days and 7 minutes from New York to San Francisco. Here I show you his inspiring story.
